My new accountant requested due diligence from Shenward, which was eventually provided, but I was emailed asking if there was anything to discuss, which felt unnecessary for a standard process. Separately, my tax return was submitted too late, resulting in an HMRC fine. When I raised this, Shenward did not take responsibility.
