What a superb bank. I must say, I do not bank with Virgin Money. This is my elderly mother’s bank. The staff who work here are always helpful and efficient. They treat my mum with respect and take time to explain everything slowly. It’s a pleasure to take my mum into the bank. Every member of the team are friendly and things run smoothly and fast. It’s great to actually have a branch. I wish my back was as good.

We had to call into a branch to sort something which couldn’t be done online. To our surprise we found there was a branch reasonably close to us, and it opened on a Saturday morning. There is also a free car park very close to the branch. The staff were brilliant and very helpful, and managed to discuss the matter straight away. I couldn’t fault them on anything.

Went into branch in mid May to order some cheques as I was in the area (I live out of the UK so important to have) Now the end ofJuly and have not received them. Tried numerous times to call..wait..wait..wait then disconnects. Then tried on the App to no avail. SO frustrating.

Today yet again unable to get onto my on-line banking account for four hours, it just keeps giving error codes 8 up to now. Never had this problem when it was Yorkshire bank. The helpline numbers on the back of my cards isn't recognised plus the bank when informed of this said yes they know.We have no way yo inform them of a lost card.What is the use of it.
