Bought my car from Direct part x 3 months ago, great service. Stayed open until 7pm for me on a Saturday

This morning I bought a car off these guys, what a beautiful car been looked after these guys are reliable definitely recommend them again

Went today to look at a silver Fiesta for our granddaughter. Photos looked fine, but what a letdown. There was a rust bubble on the driver's side wing, next to the bumper. On closer inspection, the rust was bubbling away on a bigger patch. The bumper didn't fit properly and it looked like crash damage. The panel gaps were not even, with bumper / wing / headlight on different levels. Rust on the passenger side wing, next to the headlight. I appreciate the car was some years old, but it looked as if a cheap repair had been done.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Had a problem with the car I bought from them. I was told to get it fixed myself and they would send me the cost of repair. Getting anything from these guys once they have your money is impossible.. the 'boss' is never there when you ring up quite conveniently!! I had to hound them every day and still have never had my costs of repair refunded... These guys are con-men... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I saw their advert on autotrader, having been unable to find a decent V70 locally. Initially I spoke to the owner/manager on the phone, and found him to be extremely courteous. My husband travelled from the Norfolk coast to collect the car, and he was picked up from the station as arranged. The car was accurately described, as were the photos. Staff were polite and helpful, and most importantly, honest. Okay, some reviews may have not been kind about the office and surroundings, but being realistic, it was after all a car we were buying. I'm really pleased with the car, and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again should the need arise. I'd highly recommend this outfit to anyone.
