Fiat Cleckheaton

Had our Fiat 500 serviced at Stoneacre yesterday. Great service all the way through the booking and whilst the car was being serviced. Gabrielle went above and beyond keeping us informed of progress and even checked a couple of days before the service was due that we could still make the day. Service department brilliant ! I booked my car in with the service receptionist easy got the date I wanted . Drop off simple hand over keys . Got a call text and email explaining what was done and what was to do . Then called to pick it up car was cleaned and ready Sales said hello and where very pleasant too but not buying a car this time Free tea ☕️ and a great price Recommended for service and MOT work

Credit when credit is due, I picked a car at 3pm and collected it 3pm the following day, collection was over in 20 minutes, everything was ready to go, signed some paperwork and was on the motorway in no time. Very impressed by the service. I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to the FANTASTIC sales executive "Haydn" who I got on with immediatly, a very aproachable, genuine & sincere chap that I will be recommending to anyone that is after a new or used car. I can honestly say that sales executives like Haydn are very few and far between, he was able to not only engage me in a good bit of banter, but also advised me on what in his opinion was the best deal & best suited vehicle for myself, and I have to say I am very happy with my purchase. My experience with Stoneacre Cars today was excellent and 5 STARS in my opinion. I look forward to buying my next car from Haydn, top class guy that has an amazing knowledge of cars from Fiats to Jeeps to Porsches to Ferraris, absolute pleasure to deal with someone as passionate about cars as myself.
