Didn't read the reviews at first and bought a car. Then read the reviews and started getting a little worried. Don't be put of by these reviews as my car is great. Had a minor issue and got it straight into a garage at their cost and resolved it promptly. If you contact them they will do their best to assist as much as they can ☑️ cheers guys 😃👌

Bought my first ever car from Ghost Motors �� a silver Ford Focus 2015 1.0. It was the best value I found on Auto Trader, so I drove 116 miles down south to see it. I called first thing in the morning, and the car was ready to view upon arrival. We met Adam, who was friendly and personable. The car drove wonderfully — 10 years of consistent servicing and never failed an MOT. The whole purchase process was smooth, and it came with a spare key and full documentation. A slight clutch issue came up afterward, which turned out to be resolved with a simple clutch bleed. As it was under warranty, they were happy for me to get it sorted locally and reimbursed the cost. Thank you for the service — and most importantly, for my wonderful first car! 🙏

I bought a Ford Ka from Ghost in August. It was very low mileage and sounded good therefore. The price was reasonable. However after I purchased it the extent of the corrosion underneath became apparent, It became apparent as the air con did not work . I assumed just re-gassing, but no ,it needed a new condenser which cost me £310 fitted. Twice the people at Ghost told me they would send the part, but of course they did not. The knocking noise which I was told was the exhaust pipe knocking as it was slightly loose turned out to be the "stabiliser link x 2 which was £185. The service history turned out to be one invoice, and then several more plus a handbook for a completely different car. The MOT had the wrong mileage on it, the MOT showed 3000 miles more??? DVSA rectified. The petrol cap did not fit let alone lock. But the corrosion was something else and the after-sales responses were at best non -existent and on one occasion , rude. Definitely the worst experience i have had buying a second hand car from a garage, ever.
