Nadia from service was absolutely brilliant! Such amazing customer service over the phone and made the process so easy getting things booked in. Nothing was too much hassle for her, would 100% recommend!

2nd re edit. Downgrading to 1* now as discovered engine undertray not refitted! Yesterday I found my old cam belt hanging over the exhaust manifold under the bonnet. Unbelievable! Fantastic front of house customer service not to blame of course. I took my Jeep Renegade in for a cam belt change, coolant flush and fuel ⛽ system cleaner £434.00. Car was ready at 15:30. They changed key fob battery for free which was an unexpected and nice touch.

Brilliant customer service and care. Collected our Motability Jeep Avenger . Couldn't have been more pleased. Hannah and Nathan were amazing. Us not being tech savy. I recently visited the Jeep garage and was immensely impressed by their service. The reception staff were wonderfully accommodating, making the booking process seamless for me as a disabled customer. The service team went above and beyond, notably by collecting and delivering my car, which was a great help. Their kindness and efficiency starkly contrasted my past experiences at other garages, like Arnold Clark. A huge thank you to the team for their exceptional service and care. Highly recommend this garage for their outstanding work and customer focus.

We called today to book in our Jeep Grand Cherokee for a recall we received today in the post. When we called we spoke to someone in a booking centre who told us that Cleckheaton were fully booked until December as they can only do 1 one a week. We weren't happy so asked to be put through to the garage service department which we were. Spoke to a lady who told us they book the car for 3 days to do the job which is why they can only do one per week. The recall notice says it will take 2-8 hours to do the job, and as an ex service manager for a main dealer, I know Jeep won't pay the dealer for 3 days to change the fuel pump. I also understand that things can go wrong, but 3 days is ridiculous! Then we asked when we could book in and she told us they are fully booked for the recall until December and as their dairy for next year isn't released yet she couldn't even book us in. We explained that we weren't happy and that this was a safety recall and if the pump fails it could result in a crash (as stated on the recall letter), again she just said that they couldn't fit us in and to try a different dealer in Huddersfield. She then said and I quote "I'll leave that with you" and put the phone done on us, wow what amazing customer service. Disgusting customer service and if you can only do one recall a week when the demand is so high, then you need more technicians. You have lost a customer and I would recommend others don't go here!
