Absolute Great Car dealership, really professional and welcoming. Felt at ease as soon as we walked through the door! Hannah our sales representative was amazing 🤩 from start to finish, every detail, even down to the smallest details she was there 100% nothing was too much for her and everything ran really smoothly. I only went in there last Friday and I have my brand new car today! 8 days later! The managers and the Owners of the dealership were very friendly, it was such a nice relaxed, experience! And I absolutely love my car. 10/10 in fact better than that, I was kept updated throughout, if your going to buy a car, or lease a car, I would highly recommend Stoneacre Cleckheaton. I recently purchased a second-hand VW from Stoneacre Cleckheaton and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I arrived unannounced and was greeted by Jordyn Barton in Sales, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. She made the buying experience easy and enjoyable, and I really appreciated being able to test drive the car on my own, which I personally prefer. Jordyn was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and kept me fully updated at every stage. From paying the deposit through to final collection, communication was spot on — regular updates regarding servicing, alloy wheel repair, and service history, including emails, phone calls, and even a helpful video link. Nothing was too much trouble. When the car was ready, we travelled by train to collect it and Jordyn kindly picked us up from the station, which was a really nice touch and much appreciated. I’d also like to thank Micky Carbine, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when talking through finance options and warranties. Overall, fantastic service from a great team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stoneacre Cleckheaton and would happily buy from them again.
