Brilliant job carried out in a very professional manner by polite staff
These guys were so nice and polite and our car looked really nice and clean. We thought they had mistaken what we asked for because we said, just the basic clean and they went over the whole car about 3 times, we were in a major rush and bless them they went as fast as possible. I will definitely be going again and it's out of my way 👍👌
Excellent customer service, great prices, great respect for customers, fast work and very clean.
This used to be (past tense) my default car wash. I always left a tip - £1 or £2 depending on what I had in the centre console. After filling the Loyalty Card with stamps and qualifying for a "Free" wash, I handed the card over, only to be told "That will be £2". When I questioned this, the grumpy staff member said that the wash was free but he was charging me £2 for the drying. I paid and told him I won't be returning. Their greed has gained them £2 but has lost them all my future business.
Had my car valeted here. The service is quick and the staff are friendly even when I pointed out a few parts they'd missed they quickly put it right
