Receptionist was lovely over the phone, face to face one of them came across quite snobby, when it was time to pay for treatment she just looked at me and raised her eyebrows trying to ask me what I wanted.. verbal communication would have been more professional. Didn’t have to wait for long to see Farhana the dental nurse however she was rushing, did an x-ray of tooth, the positioning caused a lot of pain, said there is no issue with my tooth which I’ve been having on and off issues with for over 2 years now, gave me a quick clean, rushing & very rough, I understand cleaning procedure can be uncomfortable but this was very painful and the pain could have been minimised if she was a little more gentle and didn’t rush as much. Just got the job done and went, don’t really think it was worth the £27.40 for a quick 2 min clean. Won’t be revisiting again.
Absolutely brilliant people here. From walking into reception to leaving the dentists room the staff make you feel as comfortable as possible. I'm petrified of the dentist but i am re assured throughout my whole appointment.
Lovely looking Clean Dentist, very spacious. Car parking a few minutes away. My appointment was on time so no waiting around. They have Saturday appointments too which could be handy. Have nothing Negative to say and just joined as NHS patient.
I wanted to share my sincere appreciation for Dr. Zeemal Riaz. She is an incredibly professional and caring dentist who manages to be both direct and thorough in her approach. It’s rare to find a practitioner who balances clinical expertise with such a genuine manner. I’m grateful for the excellent care she gave me and wish her continued success in her career. Excellent dentist. Zeemal is very professional, knowledgeable and has a kind manner. I’m very nervous at dentist appointments and I e had some difficulties with my mouth recently and she has really looked after me. Would highly recommend
