I had an appointment with the proprietor, Helen. Not only did she put me at ease by ensuring I felt comfortable with what she was going to do to my feet, she asked me lots of questions about my health, medications etc. All these questions were important as it allowed her to make informed choices upon the best course of action to provide expert care. Throughout the treatment she explained what she was doing, because I am a person who likes to know ALL the things. As such I would argue that this woman has almost limitless patience! 😂 She was kind, thoughtful, professional and thorough. I walked in with feet like pigs trotters and danced out with them ready for Cinderella's glass slippers. 🥰 Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Price: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disappointing as they didn't bother to call back and arrange an appointment having left several messages. I missed an appointment here, having forgotten Unfortunately this means this chiropodist, penalize you for being human and will not provide a service to you should you miss an appointment . What they don't seem to understand is that Humans makes mistakes, particularly women who are menopausal. The lack of understanding is beyond disgraceful, To make things easier for individuals: *Reminder text messages are helpful. It's a simple service that all services have these days, to make things easier for customers. Thankfully found a much better chiropodist elsewhere.

Just had an appointment Emma was lovely and put me at ease as I was nervous (on blood thinners) she was excellent and highly recommend my feet feel amazing thank you ☺️
