Good estate agents to use for the sale of your property, probably the best in the West Yorkshire area. They take out the stress out of selling your house by teaming up with very good solicitors. The branch that was dealing with my sale had good friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, Liz, Leanda, and Emma. I would recommend Barkers especially in Bradford.

Barkers’ agents were the only people who kept us in the loop, as we had probably the worst experience with a long chain of property buyers/sellers. They always updated us and coordinated with us, much more than the solicitors, and they always were a pleasant professional staff, especially Kate at Cleckheaton. We won’t be moving ever again but if that changes, we’re surely going to seek Barkers’ services.

Having worked in the conveyancing field for many years I always found the staff at Barkers helpful and very pro-active, so when it came to selling my Mum's house there was really no other choice. They are realistic in their valuations which goes a long way to securing a quick sale. As always the staff were very friendly but professional which made the whole experience easy. especially Liz.
