Had notification of a rent increase which i knew i could not afford.. Kate was lovely and amazing , in negotiating with my landlord ,and coming to an affordable agreement ..kate went above and beyond to help me out ,thank you ever so much ..cannot thank you enough.x Much better than last estate agent my landlord used.
