Sugdens Estate Agents - Cleckheaton

Well we’re can I start! Fantastic service from Sugdens. It’s never too Much trouble with them. I have dealt with Helen from Cleckheaton and my god she is BRILLIANT. Sugdens are a very reliable and trust worthy estate agents if buying/ selling or renting! I have never received this level of professionalism nor commitment from an estate agents before! For the last 1.5 years we have only Used Sugdens and they are brilliant. I cannot express how brilliant Helen is. Ryan is great also as he met me at the properties to take pictures and to value them. They are very realistic. They should be the leading estate agents in West Yorkshire they are amazing! They listen, take on feedback and share their ideas. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you Sudgen’s !

I viewed a house to rent via this Sugdens office. They were very professional and accommodating with the booking (viewing booking). They showed up on time and were helpful with useful information about the local area. Thorough professionalism and good service. When I picked up the key on my moving date they were again prompt and courteous. I am happy with them and would recommend them to friends and family. P.S: First managing agency that I know who provide a moving in customer a welcome basket!

I try to always support local, and I had a choice between William H Brown and Sugdens. I didn’t realise Sugdens were family run, and that swayed me to choose them. They are competitive and also make you feel as though they want to help you sell your house and try to be there every step of the way. Whereas buying from William H Brown was terrible and you are definitely just a number to them, and they are also way more expensive (but give a good sales pitch). Go sugdens and support local!

Very professional and friendly service from all the staff. They answered all our calls and many questions and kept us in the loop every step of the way! We even got a welcome pack with some lovely treat's when we went to pick up the keys! Big thank you especially to Julie who showed us around the property and gave us the keys!

Managed to just rent a house with Sugdens Cleckheaton. It took only 2 weeks viewing to recieveing keys and less than 24hrs for our interest in a house to be approved, dealt with and confirmed. I have had zero problems with communication with lovely ladies in the office. The viewing was booked at suitable timing for us and ladies managed to work around our work times which was a downside to our previous agency. We own a dog which makes it harder for us to rent however after asking for permission we got an answer back within 2 hours! (it took my previous agency 3 weeks to come back to me). Redecoration/painting/etc of a house requests are managed by email and we have been assured that we can do little decorating jobs as long as we drop them an email saying what changes we would like to bring for documentation. Overall, renting experience we had with Sugdens is a 5* experience, comparing to other agency. Recommended :)
