Tried to use as part of the Tesla network, spent an age ‘initialising’ with no charging kicking in. Called the customer services line but kept on hold for ages. I just keep remembering how good petrol is!
The chargers work, but it's almost been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my refund of the initial hold on my card. And I've sent 2 separate emails to different departments with no response at all.
All the chargers were available when I arrived at about 8pm.
