Very happy with the service I received - Mo and Nadia were brilliant, made the process of buying my first car very smooth.
This was my first time using the Stoneacre Cleckheaton Jeep (previously a customer of Arnold Clarke Jeep), right from the first phone call to the customer service provided by Nadia Arezina, was very helpful and explained, dealt with my issues in professional manner, resourced my faith in the brand again after a bad experience with other Jeep dealers.
I came to get my Jeep’s service light switched off. I rang as I was going to be late but Nadia pleasantly reassured me that it was absolutely fine to come whenever was convenient for me as a customer. She was the epitome of great customer service. When I arrived, I was greeted by the ever so amazing Gabriella, who took my vehicle straight away and got it sorted literally within minutes. She was truly fabulous as always, providing the best experience for me as a customer. I cannot thank Nadia and Gabriella enough for their continues hard work and support. As a customer, I leave with a smile on my face!
Got my new moblily car from them today 2 to 3 months earlier than estimated. The staff are friendly and very helpful and kept in contact throughout the process with highly recommend for moblily or buying a new car love my new car thank you
I took my Jeep in on Monday for a Recall, the service I received from the ladies on service was first rate. Everything was ready including the courtesy car, I was offered a free complimentary car wash, and was updated about progress through the day. Excellent service, can’t fault them in any way and would highly recommend to Jeep owners as most Jeep dealers are useless. Keep up the good work!
