First class replacement of old boiler. James arrived at 8.30am, as agreed. He was straight on with removal of old & installation of new boilers. He worked tirelessly & continually & by 3.30pm the new boiler was in & up & running. He arranged collection of the old boiler & cleaned up after himself. He explained in layman's terms how to use all the associated equipment. He was polite & was very respectful of our home. A first class job by a first class bloke. Thank you James much appreciated.

Contacted Illingworth plumbing and heating as we were experiencing issues with our old boiler. James professionaly identified and demonstrated the severity of the problems. We therefore asked James for a quote and earliest possible install for a new boiler. Thankfully he managed to re-arrange his work load and the boiler was installed the very next day !! James is a fully qualified professional and courteous tradesman. His workmanship, knowledge and attention to detail is to be commended. I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Illingworth plumbing and heating. Thank you James for your help and assistance.

Excellent service. Called James on the Tuesday for a new boiler, fitted on Thursday. Good price, on time and done in a few hours. Moving house soon and will definitely ring him if we need him in our new home.
