Paul and his guys did an amazing job changing the boiler and all the radiators in our house. Very professional, as always. We have been working with them for several years now, mostly for gas safeties certificates. And the experience has always been excellent. Recommended!

Smart gas came to service my boiler a couple of weeks ago ( sorry for the late review). The guy that came was really good very professional, and a very good price . Would not hesitate to use again . Highly recommended . I don't know what's happened to this company not at all reliable 1 year later , was supposed to come and service my boiler that I purchased from them & they installed never turned up and ignored my calls .luckily I have found another company that are much more reliable .would not use them again or recommend.

Had our boiler fitted by Paul & his team when we first moved in. Very polite and professional and on time, which was important as we had booked time off work. We were so impressed with his work, we have now booked him to do our en-suite renovation.

I have had a new boiler installation done by Smart gas found them online. After reading reviews decided to give them a call. Installer Nick came out had a look and sent us a quote he wasnt pushey or trying to sell me something I didnt need. Nick couldn't help us enough, infact I called him again before I made decision to go ahead with deal. He went through all again and i checked there was no hidden charges he was so nice and reassuring. Paul and Nick came and team fitted the new boiler system removing the old water tank system while doing this work they was so clean and tidy couldnt believe by end we had a new boiler fitted work to high standards. I couldnt thank the team enough paul went through all instructions for the boiler calmly and politely. The next day we had a small leak nothing dramatic but called engineer Nick and he came straight away his really good and so helpful and kind true great workman. If anyone has hesitation about this company please dont the team are brilliant and there work is 100% high standards at a great reasonable price. Big thankyou to Nick for all you did topman.

Paul came out and serviced our boiler, very polite, clean and made speedy work of it too. Very reasonably priced, I’ll be giving him a call in a year for my next one!
