Rude & Unhelpful - Woman behind the counter has refused to accept my delivery to the post office as “it wouldn’t fit on the shelf”. I am now missing a Christmas gift and £300 down with my parcel being returned to the sender. They should not allow you to get parcels delivered there if they are going to refuse them on arrival due to lack of space. Incompetent & useless to say the least.

I quite frequently go to the post office in nisco and it is one of the best post offices round here. Everytime i go in, there is always staff that are respectful, polite and helpful. The shop its self has an amazing atmosphere and the service from the manager is excellent, i would highly recommend this post office and shop and will continually use the post office and shop!

The opening hours are very convenient - open early mornings and until 9pm, 7 days a week! I have received excellent service every visit. The post master is very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone.

Staff friendly and helpful and know their stuff. Just a bit difficult to distance from a non post office customer who is being served by the door you're entering through. Not a lot they can do about that really.

I've used littletown post office on more than a few occasions, as it's very local to me. I use ebay a lot. I notice that when i have about 4 or 5 items to send and i use littletown post office, always some goes missing in the post or never arrives, after i've posted it, then i'm out of pocket. Once you hand your items over the counter, who knows what happens or where it goes, !!!!!!!!!!. I've now started going to cleckheaton, costs me to use the bus, but my items i ebay seem to arrive. Though the male staff at cleckheaton are very morbid, they never smile, the look like they've lost a £20 and found a penny. Out of 20 items sent from littletown post office only 14 arrived, the rest are missing, where are they, the post office say, there lost in the system, but my items were sent "tracked & recorded", make for it what you will, i know what i think !!!. Jane.
