I went here to get some euros for my holiday to Portugal. The rate was very good and they had the amount of euros I wanted. They also guarantee to buy any euros back at the price you bought them. I went back in after my holiday to change some euros back to pounds but I didn't have the correct paperwork only my card receipt. The lady very kindly verified my purchase of the euros and confirmed I had a guaranteed buy back rate. Excellent service thank you 😊
Order your currency online to pick up in store, show them the email, then they say they've not received the link when you go to collect, will never use Hays again, wouldn't honour the rate online, absolutely disgraceful shame on you Hays! Went to TUI got the better rate!
Just changed 1508.38£ into euros they advertise on line today 115.3 when I looked at receipt they had give me 113 and taken 3.95 charge for buyback surely they should ask if you want to pay this never ever use this company again robbed Craig pashley birkenshaw
