Tivoli Travel Cleckheaton Ltd

I booked our cruise through Lucy at Tivoli in Cleckheaton. It was a last minute booking, as usual, but Lucy spent a lot of time searching and explaining things to me. Lucy. tailored the information to suit us so that we eventually found the best cruise, an excellent cabin and she gave me lots of useful information to help us along the way. What I did notice was that we sailed (forgive the pun) through Customs because she ensured that we had all the necessary/latest documentation to hand and other people were struggling printing paperwork. Lucy was absent for one week before the holiday but her colleagues from other branches were available to step in to sort out a small glitch and ensure all was kept in order. We had a lovely holiday!! Booked a trip of a lifetime to Nashville and Memphis through Tivoli. They found us the perfect trip within our budget. Lucy was fantastic keeping us in loop with any travel changes that occurred, even when we were in America. We made an appointment to go into the office and had our Estas done for us. Near the time of departure Lucy checked us in online and printed off all our relevant travel documents. The whole process was really exceptional and I will have no issues booking another trip through Tivoli, and let’s say the trip definitely did live up to our expectations. I have just returned from a fabulous weeks holiday in Malta which was all booked and arranged by Lucy who works at the Tivoli Travel in Cleckheaton. I would definitely recommend Lucy as she organises everything for you and takes care of all your Travel arrangements and you receive a personal service from her. I have already booked with her again for a cruise next year and will definitely return to see Lucy whenever I am looking for another holiday as she is very knowledgeable and so very pleasant and friendly.

I recently booked a Lapland holiday for 4 people with Lucy at the cleckheaton branch. The deal itself was better than anything that I had seen online, which was great. But the personal touch from Lucy - calls to check in with us and make sure we had seen relevant emails, making sure we fully understood our itinerary etc, is the reason I will 100% be using them again.
