I love going to charity shops, and since living in Cleckheaton 18 months ago, this has been my favorite until today.. The young dark haired girl on the shop floor was rude with zero customer service skills.. I know they are volunteering but please have some respect for your customers.. I felt let down and uneasy shopping there, so I just left.. Shame really.. If she is like this with other customers, then she is losing you money unfortunately.

A very disappointing experience. Good manners don't cost anything. when people donate their items the least some staff can do is say thank you.

Disappointed that all kids stuff was on top floor. Most people with kids will have a pram!

Drippest garms in all of West Yorkshire, not even kidding. Everything's tidy. All pressed/ironed lovely staff too

The lady ginger hair looks like she get in vote this shop so rude and racist she looks at me so evil and unpolite not nice at all!
