Amazing staff nice shop 😀
Very rude staff, save your donations and take them to where they are actually wanted!!
Grumpy old lady shouting at me for asking trying clothes on over the my own clothes can’t she say nicely and eyes so evils so rude and disgusting looks!🥹
We have donated to Oxfam in Cleckheaton since our children have been born when items have become redundant. This week we decided that we had too many toys with Christmas coming up so we have been through the toys with the kids and explained that at Christmas we swap toys and take them to the charity shop as Santa may be bringing them some new ones and it’s nice to share your old toys with other children that might need them! When my wife took 4 bags with various items, she took them in and asked the Oxfam worker if it was okay to just leave the items with her. The reply from the Oxfam worker was “Oh god!” We don’t have to take our items there and will not be doing going forward. Shops like Oxfam rely on donations such as ours to survive and provide a service to help people with second hand toys etc. I just think the staff need to realise that and not have a negative reaction towards items being brought in!
Absolute joke, most of the time it's closed, and when if at all it's open, it's dirty and the rubbish they now sell is expensive.
