An absolutely fantastic shop. Staff are always very welcoming and very helpful. I always buy perfume and aftershave for myself and for family and friends from here as I like to support local independent businesses. Jane goes above and beyond when I need different scents and larger bottles than they stock in the shop. ( sometimes at short notice ) Jane also supports local charities and groups by raising money with raffles and number boards, Cleckheaton in bloom being one of them and we are very grateful for her continued support. This shop is an asset to Cleckheaton.

I absolutely love shopping at this boutique! The clothes are such great value for money — stylish, high-quality, and beautifully curated. The shop itself is lovely, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes browsing a real pleasure. The owner is a truly lovely lady — friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what she does. Highly recommend popping in if you're looking for something special!

Box 11 is an absolutely fabulous and tasteful fashion and gift boutique situated in Cleckheaton . There is a quick turn around of stock and always something new and exciting to browse . The staff are helpful and friendly amid a happy and welcoming atmosphere.. always a pleasure to visit Jane , the proprietor, works extremely hard to provide the best possible selection of products for customers and the best possible shopping experience… a real jewel in the town ! 😊

Great local shop which offers a great selection of original and smell likes perfumes and aftershaves at good prices. The friendly staff were incredibly helpful, providing excellent advice for choosing the perfect gifts. I highly recommend visiting if you're looking for quality fragrances and exceptional service!

Fabulous shop, stock is different every time you go in, amazing bags at fantastic value, and gorgeous clothing that you dont seem to see anywhere else! Jane really has got the knack of buying exactly the right thing! Go in, you won't be disappointed!
