To be fair the delivery arrived on time and driver phoned in advance to ensure I was home. Matress was advertised as orthopedic but was simply unuseable; springs can be felt throughout your back. When querying with seller it soon became apparent that their policy is never to issue refunds and to charge £80 for returns. Being reasonable I proposed waiting until their next delivery in London to exchange items, only for seller to propose some nonsense about £20 order cancellation, £80 post and full cost of new item. At that stage I cut my losses and dumped the mattress in my garden, before taking to my local recycling centre next day with all my other rubbish. I haven't dealt with such an appalling company for a while. Can only hope Trading Standards come knocking on their door one day soon.

Ordered a mattress from their website Mattress Time - nice cream, glossy picture of it seen on their website, paid £399.99 and received a cheap knock off - see pictures. This is a common occurrence with these cowboys as noticed from many other reviewers - and they’re not interested in refunding you either. Have now commenced legal proceedings and will be reporting them to Trading Standards, this company needs to be struck off for their unscrupulous tactics - shame on you! Further edit - they have now removed the pictures of my cheap mattress which just shows how desperate these scammers are in their attempt to keep the true story hidden - what a complete load of rubbish this company is - I have now reported them to Rip Off Britain!

Orders placed for next day delivery and only frames and headboards arrived, no mattress. Called them to be told it'll be delivered tmw (24/03), we are now the next day & still nothing, they now ask me to ring for an update on monday. Well thank goodness they're not the only suppliers.

Ansar the delivery driver was very kind and helpful. The first one was obnoxious and the mattress was wrong, the company reacted positively and promptly and sent the correct one with Ansar. A company is measured best by how they turn around an unhappy customer into a happy one.

I ordered a non-standard bed item. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, delivery was super quick, product is perfect. |I got exactly what I paid for - a cheap and cheerful, last as long as it lasts bed base. Will probably do 10 years at least. Will have no hesitation in using this company again
