Flower Shop Cleckheaton

Do not order or buy from this florist! Nothing like the pictures on website! Very poor quantity & quality! Received flowers from friends following a bereavement.I contacted the shop email! No reply! Terrible ripping people off!

We went into this shop today to enquire about a double ended spray for a funeral. What a lucky escape we had. 2 women in the shop and all they wanted to do was take an order. They had no knowledge of the business and had to phone someone else for info. We did finally get a price of £200 to £250, which we thought really expensive. We left the shop. Finally got sorted elsewhere by a lovely lady who knew her trade at a fraction of the cost quoted. READ THE REVIEWS AND AVOID.

My son got me a box of flowers from this shop for Mother’s Day . By Wednesday some had weltered today they all need throwing away very dissatisfied have had flowers from the supermarket last longer .Rang the shop the lady there was very unhelpful told me to get in touch with interfloura

Do not order from this place! You will not get what you have ordered. My flower order arrived as a suprise from my friend. When I sent her a photo of them she was shocked and not what she ordered. She had paid £47 for the large bouquet instead we got small one! See picture attached it’s a con and rip off!

We called in to get some flowers for the mother of the groom for a wedding. With the shop being so small there was only small bouquets so we just had a leaflet to order off if we wanted larger ones. These smaller bouquets were priced at £35. We were promptly asked how much we wanted to spend, we replied £50 before we finished our sentence the male already had the card machine out with that price stamped in. So not the best impressed we had ordered our flowers Fast forward two days (Saturday) I collected the flowers. Being in a rush for our wedding day and knowing nothing about flowers I put them in the car and drove home. Thinking they were rather small but hey ho I know nothing about flowers. Upon my partners face when I arrived home with the flowers was a look of pure disgust. The bouquet was actually smaller than the small £35 ones however we had paid £15 more, £50 in total. The foliage within the flowers was actually dying and turning brown. We was not only upset from the flowers we was also upset from trying to eradicate the predicament with the shop. Upon phoning ‘flowers cleckheaton’ there was nothing they could apparently do as our concerns were not stated a meer 10 minutes prior upon collection. The women on the phone was quite clear that she did not care of our concern and she had our money and now it’s not their problem. So now here we are on the morning of our wedding with no flowers.
