I live in Canada and when purchasing flowers online from Papyrus for my elderly mother for Christmas, I was also going to purchase a Christmas card as well and had asked Sarah if she would kindly write the card on my behalf, but she didn't have any in stock. Not only did Sarah agree to write the Christmas card, but out of the goodness of her heart has offered to go purchase a Christmas card on my behalf for my mother. In a world where so much is wrong and many people think of themselves, here is such a positive example of a lady who cares deeply about her business, but equally as much about her customers. Papyrus and Sarah are truly amazing 😊

The lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and kind. The flowers were delivered the next day as requested and my friend cried. They were absolutely beautiful. So pleased with the service. Thank you so much.

5 Stars is not enough. What a lovely lady and equally lovely business she runs. We paid her a visit today to arrange a double ended spray for a funeral. She was very helpful and knowledgeable at a very reasonable price, unlike the shop we'd visited earlier in the day. Should we need flowers in future this will be our first port of call. Well worth the drive from Morley. Thank you.
