Purchased the 4 in 1 hot water tap from The Tap Factory. There were one or two parts missing but you have to say the customer service was perfect. I messaged them on a Sunday over a bank holiday weekend not expecting a reply until the Tuesday but they messaged me straight back, and the parts were with me by the Thursday. It was a little complicated to fit and the instructions not great but once we had spoken with customer services we got it sorted. We gave up on the filtered water as the push on fitting just blew off causing water everywhere. The boiling tap is brilliant and I would never go back to a kettle now. Considering the price of this lovely tap compared to others on the market it is a great buy.

Fantastic experience. The owners are really friendly and helpful - they made my shopping experience a real pleasure and helped me find the PERFECT tap for our new kitchen. The instant boiling hot water taps are an absolute game changer - make sure you check them out - you will never look back.

First Class British Company! I bought their 4in1 wisteria boiling water tap through a distributor, which sadly were not well informed on Tap factory products and were useless for customer service. A few items were missing from the box, so I contacted the tap factory directly and even though I hadnt dealt directly with them, their customer service was absolutely exemplary. Every person I spoke to and dealt with (jemma and ben) were personal, prompt with their follow up, and got my issues settled very quickly. I cannot thank them enough and they should be proud of the service they provide!

Thanks to these guys I finally have a bath in the house! A friendly team who listened to me and designed my small bathroom to suit my needs. The kids even got involved with our choice of taps! Great range of products at great prices. Thanks again. Highly recommend!

Great service from start to finish, staff helped to pick out all my tap ware nothing was too much for them a big Thankyou to ian, Vincent and all the team for everything.
