Excellent service from Karen from start to finish. She really helped and advised us on our choice of curtains for both of our bay windows. I contacted Inches to see if they could make bespoke seating cushions for our campervan conversion. I spoke with Karen, who agreed to take a look at our project - from start to finish Karen’s approach was highly professional. Karen measured, advised on and then ordered the foam - then created the covers. We were blown away with the end products. The cushions are made to such a high standard. Finished off beautifully. Karen created exactly what I had imagined and tried to explain. We wanted reversible for different looks and the service and end products have both been outstanding. I can strongly recommend Inches to anyone. Karen was amazing to work with - all information and advice clear and end product ready exactly when Karen said it would be. Excellent value for money. Karen came to my mums house and was charming and a good laugh. She helped with design ideas and when Karen and David came back to do the fitting of the curtains, pelmet and headboard they were quick and efficient.
