Been in a few times recently, had a watch battery replaced and then 2 bracelet watches resized. Excellent value and the owner was so lovely and helpful. I needed one watch to have an extra link put back in as I’d guessed one of my daughter’s wrist sizes incorrectly and he didn’t charge me again. Excellent customer service . We are lucky to have such great shops like this In Cleckheaton.

I went herewith my engagement, wedding & eternity rings ask they be resized smaller. Collected them they fit perfectly and looked brand new too. The price was so reasonable. I would recommend this Jewellers to anyone . 5* service and 5* workmanship on my rings too. Thanks a million xx

Took my silver gold engagement ring to be re coated here, the service was brilliant I received it back within 5 days and exactly when they said I would do! My ring looks like brand new! So pleased with it, thank you!

The man who runs / owns the shop is such a lovely man. He had lots of patience for my little girl who was upset about loosing her earring and he gave a lovely gesture to cheer her up, and she's so happy with her new earrings ! Thank you so much will definetly be back in future and reccomending you thank you x
