Very pleased with my recent purchases. Good discounts available, my second order took about a week and half to arrive but it did say they’ll be dispatched around 5 working days so I’m glad that was specified. Will be returning, thank you🥰

Do not use this company. I have been trying to call them for 3 days to try and get my refund but no one answers the phone. I have tried "live chat" with no luck. I have emailed the company and my messages keep getting returned rejected. Either way they over me £29.60 which my bank are now going to have to try and get back for me. This is disgraceful!!!! Its a shame I had to leave such a bad review to get a response from Belle Lingerie. Funnily, they have now made contact with me and issued me with a refund, waiting for it to arrive in my bank account.

. I would highly discourage buying from this company! Their customer service is atrocious. I purchased a bra on June 7th, it started tracking by the 9th, it reached customs and there was some problem with the label so it was being sent back to the company on the 12th. it is now the 10th of July and I have received a item or a refund. I have contacted the company several times and I have been told that even though it was their error they have to wait until they receive the item to refund me. So here it’s been almost 30days and nothing, no refund and no item. Beware they also have an eBay account

Following terrible service from this company I left an accurate review on Trustpilot which they repeatedly tried to get removed for defamation, even though it was 100% true and Trustpilot confirmed this, twice! They are bullies and you can’t trust that any of their positive reviews are true or that negative reviews have not been removed. I would advise against shopping with them under any circumstances. I can see that they normally respond unpleasantly to negative reviews, accusing reviewers of lying when they can’t get reviews removed and in my case they publicly accused me of trying access another customers account because they couldn’t recognise their own invoice number, which was very bizarre, who would do that?! Very strange customer service, seems like the managers could do with some training!
