Great customer service. 👍 I rang prior to going to store to enquire about clothing and size availability. The Lady on the phone was an absolute star she was very help full. When I did get to the store the items of clothing were there on the counter for my son to check for fitting. She was very helpful throughout and shared some valuable information about some of the clothing items to ensure a good fit. Would definitely recommend this shop for uniforms, sports wear and sports equipment.

Bought some drakes rx low density bowls, the bowls were excellent in the rain and a heavy green they did exactly what they were supposed to do. Also the lady at sports fx was very helpful and understanding as i can be a fussy customer

Terrible company my husband ordered some clothing and the sizing was incorrect. He sent several emails which were ignored do we returned the items as per the website. We didn’t hear anything despite the items being received by the company. We then received an email from them showing they had shared our personal details including our address with an unknown. We again contacted the company to be fobbed off and ignored. We asked for the goods back they’ve not been returned. So we have paid for items that we do not have along with a serious GDPR breech. Do not buy. The purchase was made in my married name. We have contacted you several times regarding this and the service is disgusting. We are still out by £57 and no goods. DO NOT BUY.

Very helpful staff happy to get items out to compare and great price. More things in stock than you would expect. The item I ended up with was half the price of elsewhere including online
