Terrible customer service... I brought a parcel into the shop on a Sunday afternoon as its a UPS pick up and collection point. The shop refused to take my parcel as he said UPS only pick up Monday to Friday. He had a real bad attitude

It’s okay but the only thing is it charges 50p to pay with bank card and it says on the selves like 30p and they say it’s 60p Bang out of order
