Came to visit NOOK forest school - brilliant session, poppy is wonderful! Really nice grounds, never knew it was there, will definitely be going back, 100 percent recommend
What a lovely place. So suitable for youth groups of any size and age. The outdoor activities are really amazing and we liked the training given prior to our stay last weekend. Plenty of open space to spread your tents out and the indoor space is just top notch. Thank you Fanwoods
Fantastic centre with plenty of activities. We often take our Guides for an evening of outdoor fun.
Amazing site, with loads of activities: archery, caving, shooting range and low ropes. Indoor accommodation with everything you could need. Large campsite with, open spaces for games and a camp fire...
Fanwoods is such an amazing facility and resource in Spen Valley. It consists of a camping ground perfect for scouting and guiding camps, as well as a residential centre perfect for Brownie camps. There is also low ropes and archery, bouldering and lots of other activities available to keep your unit entertained. So lucky to have Fanwoods locally, have such fond memories of visiting there as a Brownie and a guide as well .
