Love coming here, especially for Donna’s classes shes mad in the best way! The studio in the main gym definitely needs a revamp as its far to small for the numbers in classes and the air conditioning has been broken since I signed up over a year ago and its unbearable.
⭐ 1-Star Review Very disappointing experience. The reception staff were rude and didn’t explain things properly before signing me up. Instead of offering a free day pass, they just asked if I wanted to join after a quick walk-around and told me to “enjoy my day.” But when I went to the spa, the receptionist said I had to book online and couldn’t use it at any time I wanted. There seems to be no communication or cooperation between the staff. I couldn’t use any facilities on the day I joined, yet they still signed me up without a trial. I didn’t even want to cancel my membership at first, but after this experience, I had no choice. I raised a complaint and have been waiting 1.5 months for a refund — still nothing. Looks like I’ll have to make another complaint just to get my money back. Really disappointing and stressful experience from start to finish.
Nobody told me there are 2 buildings with the same name across the road from each other and 500 yards apart. Once in the right building I was sat in what looked like booths at a pub with others I didn't know waiting for an appointment
Very busy. Plenty parking. Good range facilities. My son loves it. Staff friendly.
Had a baby shower here the food was 5 star the place is amazing got royalty treatment and the staff pulled out all the stops and so friendly. Recommended place to go.
