Has a small playground for children, a very small shelter with seats. The field is perfect for dog walking or ball games. Path not very well maintained but overall a decent park if you are local.
🎅👌
Disgusting amounts of trash and bags off dog poo bags all around from over flowing full bins. Broken glass on pathway. Play area completely neglected. In need of quick repaint. If something is looks neglected it attracts people to disrespect it.
Kirklees council need to clear away the masses of waist high weeds which are mainly thistles in the childrens enclosured play are which consists of one swing , 1 baby swing and one for older children, with both swings positioned so high up that the children have to be lifted in and out. The one other apparatus in a metal frame with 2 sets of steps and a slide . It doesn't really deserve the 1 star I've given it !!! Come on Kirklees our children deserve better.
Park is very tired and in need of updating. There is often broken glass and rubbish on the paths. We only go there as it is a short walk and we don't have to go in the car...
