Visited this morning (yes they open on Sundays)and it did not disappoint. Booked in for the Duo Japanese Head Spa which kicked off with a foot soak, drink and treat. Then we went upstairs for the main treatment to commence, including a mini facial and shoulder massage. Then the head massage which was amazing, the perfect level of pressure, mix of combs/brushes and amazing smelling products. The water and steam treatments were the perfect end. The only way this could be better is for longer treatments as selfishly we didn't want it to end 🥰 Saphron and Lucie were very welcoming, happily they read the room and were so quiet throughout the treatment. We had a nice natter afterwards. Look forward to returning 🫶
I received a Japanese head spa as part of a Christmas gift and wow, it was an amazing experience. Me and my Mum had the Winter Warming duo package. The atmosphere was calming and Saphron and Lucie were professional and welcoming. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, relieving scalp, neck, and shoulder tension, and left our hair and scalp feeling refreshed. We left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend and will definitely be back soon!
5 stars isn’t enough to explain this incredible experience. From the moment I got in contact with Saphron she was so helpful and so lovely. I booked the due package for my mums 60th and we both absolutely loved it. As soon as we entered the salon we were made to feel at ease as both Saphron and Lucie were warm and welcoming. Started off with a foot soak with some sweet treats and a coffee (all beautiful). We then went up to the treatment room for the Japanese head spa and I have never felt so relaxed. We both thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be booking again and recommending to anyone! Thank you Saphron and Lucie, you’re both amazing at what you do!! Xx
Me and my husband came for a couples massage and it did not disappoint. From the moment we entered the salon we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. We went for a birthday treat and we were greeted with a drink and cupcake on arrival followed by a beautiful foot soak and scrub. Then on to the back of body massage which was amazing. Back, legs and feet. The smell of lavender relaxed us into our treatment and the quiet whispers of Saffron and Lucie made sure we stayed relaxed for our whole treatment. 10/10 experience for us and we will definitely be back!
One thing I can say is just wow! Saphron is highly professional but also so so friendly. While having my treatment her voice was extremely soothing. I had a full body massage with extended which included scalp massage and also added on a facial. This was the most relaxing and also body relieving. Thank you so much already planted the seed with my partner to get me the Japanese head spa next. I highly reccomend here and will be telling all my friends and family :)
