The Spa at HUB26

I had my first experience here, I had the weekday wellness package. Booking was easy and the reception team were efficient. Unfortunately the steam room was broken for my visit, but I was contacted the day before to either rebook my visit or offered a voucher to compensate. I still went, and it had no negative impact on my visit. From the moment I walked in I was met with a warm welcome, and shown around the clean, inviting facilities. The pool was a lovely temperature, members of staff kept it tidy and clean throughout. I then had a facial with Sharon, she was so kind, and made me feel very comfortable during my treatment. The facial was super relaxing! I then finished off with a cream tea, a large latte and a warm scone. It was delicious. I would definitely recommend, and hopefully be back soon! Thanks to the team for making it a lovely afternoon, just the kindness and relaxation I needed at that very moment.

Great spa and massage experience overall. The treatments are excellent, but some of the session time is taken up by talking and delays while leaving/returning for clients to undress, which cuts into the paid massage time. Preparing clients beforehand would help. Aside from that, the service is faultless.

I visited the spa at Hub26 for a package deal that included an Indian head massage, two hours of spa use, and a cream tea — and it was absolutely wonderful! Melissa was amazing — so professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. The spa facilities were beautiful, spotless, and so relaxing. The cream tea was delicious, and the lounge staff were warm and welcoming. I left feeling refreshed and pampered. I can’t wait to go back — I’ve decided to make it a regular treat for myself!

I booked a last-minute spa visit and chose this one because the staff were incredibly friendly and even adjusted the schedule to ensure our treatment and dining times aligned perfectly. We enjoyed afternoon tea, which was one of the best I’ve had—though I would have appreciated a wider selection of hot drinks. That said, they were accommodating of our request for halal food, which was a great touch. The treatment itself was relaxing, and both the steam room and sauna were clean and well-maintained. However, the mixed-gender changing rooms were a downside. While the spa wasn’t the coziest I’ve been to, I still had a good experience and would consider returning.

I went today with my sister to celebrate my 40th birthday! We booked onto the cozy relax package. We had our treatments first, a hot stone massage, deep facial cleanse, scalp massage, leg massage. It was sooo relaxing. Tyler was brilliant. This was followed by our breakfast board which was very tasty. We finished with two hours in the spa and enjoyed the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. A lovely day. Will definitely be back. Facilities are all very clean and staff are welcoming.
