Great little walk. Took the dog for the first time and was impressed. Quite muddy in places but to be expected in autumn 🍂

A beautiful place, sadly at times neglected but worthy of historical importance - The Road Viaduct was constructed to carry passengers, on foot and in carriages, from Cleckheaton Spen Bank Railway Station at the top of the hill to Cleckheaton Central Station where Tesco's now resides in Cleckheaton town Centre - The image of the House and Church are situated at the entrance to the dam, with views from under the viaduct.

A great short cut to avoid the steepest part of Spen Bank. Even more impressive from beneath.
