The Vehicle Group Limited

I would not recommend The Vehicle Group Limited. They installed a central locking system in my van, which has since malfunctioned. Upon reporting the issue, the company declined to assist, stating that their responsibility ended with the installation. This lack of accountability and post-service support is disappointing. I feel completely disregarded as a customer. I would advise others to be cautious when considering their services.

Definitely don't try it, you'll cry a lot. Absolutely none of the products and services are useless. I definitely do not recommend it. As a customer for 4 years, I have not been taken into consideration even for one day. I never got any efficiency from the products. I wish I had never met them.

One of their drivers almost forced me off the road due to their lack of awareness and then decided to brake check me, on a motor way!! Would not trust this company at all if their staff act like this. Will be reporting this. Absolutely shocking and got me so terrified.

We contacted TVG to install a camera system and beacon lights to improve the safety for our team on the road. Fantastic service from start to finish. Gavin, who coordinated the install was great, kept us informed all the way, and the 2 engineers, Chris and Steve, who completed the install for us, were great and took the time to make sure we understood how the system worked. The cameras have proved far more useful than we expected.

The only reason I give this company one star is thanks to the MD for stepping in when staff continually failed to resolve issues with a vehicle camera system. Despite repeated attempts to sort things out the very inadequate and over priced system was never finished. I deeply regret having anything to do with this company and would replace the entire system if I had available finance. I got so sick of contacting them without resolution that I gave up. Lesson learned the hard way. I will stay well away from them in the future and have passed this information on to others within my industry.
