Starting with a positive: We found the nursery manager and some of the staff here very kind and caring. I have never left a Google review before, but feel compelled to warn parents about this nursery. My son left a while ago, but has recently told me something concerning that happened while he was there. We’d raised concerns multiple times over my sons’ eating and possible additional needs. Yesterday he told us that the reason he still struggles with some food years on, is because staff at this nursery did not let the children leave the table until they had eaten their entire meal. We were often told that he ate whole meals happily, that he would never eat at home. Now we know why, he had no choice. My son has never mentioned this nursery since he left. No fond memories.Yesterday he said “I really didn’t like going there mummy, it wasn’t a good place for me”. If your child has any suspected additional needs, I would not recommend sending them here. If I could go back, I would have used a trusted local childminder instead.

My daughter is now in preschool and has been there since the baby room at 12 months old. She has been looked after so well in every room and has become such a confident little girl which I’m sure they have a lot to do with. The staff seem to know her inside and out which is always reassuring. They regularly have family days on a weekend which are amazing! And also stay and plays through the week. Such a great way to spend time with them and meet other parents. All the key workers know every child and are always stopping to have conversation. I’ll be sending my baby girl there this year and I have absolutely no doubts sending her. Thank you for being such a big part of my daughter’s life so far!!

My son has attended this nursery since October 2024 and we have had a cracking start! The staff in the baby room made us feel very reassured leaving him from the get-go, never once have we felt worried or anxious leaving him from being so young. They quickly learned all of his personality traits and always gave us detailed insights into what he'd been up to that day. We loved the photo updates and excellent communication with what he's eaten when he's slept, and details of all his nappy changes. Since moving up to the tot's room he's continued to flourish and he's loving all of the activities and eating all sorts of new foods he won't have at home! Thank you so much to all staff, reception included for always seeing to our admin queries, etc. 10/10 all round for us. Thank you all!

My son started here when it was sunbeams and has been in every room now and I can honestly say all staff have been lovely and very patient with him. The managers are always friendly and helpful and my son really seems to enjoy his time at nursery. I would definitely recommend although this place gets filled up fast!

Its been a while since my son went but I am suddenly disturbed by how nasty the overall experience was. It was the first nursery my son attended so I didn't have much to compare it to. I look back it was really not nice. I remember the reception girls being extremely snotty and rude. Just a few examples- I arrived 1 min before afternoon slot and she wouldn't allow my son to go up. I asked if they took pictures of my son for an on line diary- clearly I was referring to a way parents can view the pictures privately- I remembered them briefly mentioning this. She acted completely confused like she had no idea what I was referring to, said we don't post pictures online then closed the subject. One time my son was crying because they tried to force him to sit. One time I saw him all alone sat on a chipped paint window sill while the staff chatted to some dad. I really wish I had pulled him out. The first day I arrived and I remember his lip was bleeding! They also have toxic fake grass.
