Visited Bengal Lounge with a friend and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout. Service was quick and efficient without feeling rushed. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and presented really well, which made it even more enjoyable. Overall, a lovely place to eat and relax. I’d definitely recommend Bengal Lounge and will be visiting again.
Great little place that is local to us. We have been 3 times now and each time it has been excellent. Really friendly staff with great service and the food is excellent and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend
Usually order a takeaway from here and it's always tasty food. Tonight we visited the restaurant to eat in. The food, hot, tasty and delicious as always. Service was exceptional from Abdul and colleagues. What a great experience, good food and company. Highly recommend. It is cash only with bank transfer option. Soft drinks only too, but can fetch alchol yourself. Compliments to the chef too. Thank you.
Amazing Curry & Exceptional Service! We visited the Bengal Lounge for my father's retirement celebration, and it exceeded all expectations. The service was outstanding—front of house couldn't have been more attentive, making us feel truly welcome. We started with the pickle tray, one of the best we've had in a long time, setting the tone for the rest of the meal. We ordered four different curries, each bursting with complex flavors and varying heat levels, all equally delicious. The lemon rice was fresh with a vibrant citrus kick, and the naan was soft, fluffy, and full of authentic flavor. Thank you, Bengal Lounge, for making our special occasion even more memorable. We’ll definitely be visiting again and hope this gem stays around for a long time!
I celebrated my special birthday on New Year’s Day with my family of 7 and the amazing friendly people at Bengal Lounge. The food was gorgeous and the customer service fabulous! I was blown away by my birthday cake that Abdul organised for me, it was such a special touch and I appreciated it so much. Abdul looked after us all evening and delivered fantastic customer service. It was such a good laugh and we are already looking to book again soon. Thank you Abdul, you are a true legend and a credit to Bengal lounge in Crossgates! Happy New Year to you all ! 🥳
