Been going here years, the elest is 15 now and youngest is 5. Went here before the parking fee was introduced in February and said wasn't going to go on principle, however we went today to take the little ones to the farm prepared to pay to park, its not much, its like £2.50 for 4 hours which is reasonable. However we couldn't pay as it required an app, my phone was dead and mrs phone didnt have data left to download the app. So the kids farm trip couldn't have been ruined, but we nipped home (25 minutes away) charged my phone for an hour and went back. We have finally just paid to park and walking around to the farm now as I type this. But not impressed with the requirements to pay by phone. What if elderly people came who dont have an app!

The car park is not free anymore but not expensive... Leeds City Council needs to maintain the car park from now investing minimum in asphalt , parking bays . Walk way for visitors , zebra crossing...At the moment everyone is parking the way they can , because it is not a parking bay. Potholes are a bonus, extreme experience by the way get a boat if it's raining or a tractor on dry days... Car parks are really busy on weekends.

A lovely day out for the kids - I find this farm relatively clean and tidy for a farm. It still has a farm smell but not as bad as some of the local farms.

A perfectly pleasant walk around the grounds with some lovely tearooms. Visiting the farm and going into the house were optional, you could purchase tickets in the gift shop.

Car park is fine... signage insufficient for a large country estates was the Farm entrance hidden away nearby... or half a mile away?
