The practice it's self is excellent but when you phone up to get an appointment you can be waiting anything up to 15 to 20 minutes for an answer. Apart from that the practice is brilliant and the staff are very very polite and in my opinion. The Dr's have a good bedside manner. The front house reception staff are just as good as the doctors.

After seeing 2 doctors at the practice over a period of more than a year with an ongoing problem and just being prescribed lotions and potions that have had no effect, and them having no idea of the diagnosis, then trying today to get an appointment for the condition to be seen at its worst and only being offered one for 2 weeks hence, I decided to go to the walk in clinic at Lincoln Green....... Brilliant service. Seen in no time by an excellent doctor who immediately recognized and diagnosed the condition and could not understand why my own gp had not referred me to someone already.

I can’t fault the service at all. Particularly over the last 2 years before my cancer was discovered, I would call up for an appointment and was seen on the same day following a call back from one of the doctors. Any time I’ve needed to see a GP, I’ve seen one. If I’ve had any issues or needed to order something related to prescription which may require the clerk or a clinician to review it, it’s been dealt with same day or as soon as possible afterwards. There really isn’t anything I would change about the way this practice runs and now that I’m receiving cancer treatment, they’re even more attentive, wanting to keep updated regularly and always available at the end of the phone when I need to speak to them (granted, I may have to schedule a time for them to ring me back to talk if it’s a doctor).

I've continuously had poor treatment from the staff at this doctors. One doctor didnt know how to use the weighing scales?!? Prescriptions gone wrong several times due to digital system and the way the reception speak to me is'nt what you'd expect from a compassionate practice. Appointment letters rarely turn up. I've spoken in confidence to the manager about these issues only to be given a bankrupt apology.
