If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this clinic has been appalling. I was on hold from 8:00am for over 30 minutes, despite being first in the queue. When I finally got through, the receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful, with a rigid “computer says no” attitude and a slack tone to her voice. I was calling to book an appointment for my mother, who is currently bedridden and in severe pain. Despite the fact that there was only 1 appointment left the next day, she told me my mother had to call herself in order to secure and book the appointment, even though this was clearly not feasible. When I questioned it, she cited “data protection” reasons. Not only is there no data protection issue around merely booking an appointment but it sounded like a convenient excuse rather than genuine rationale, especially given the circumstances and the urgency of my call. I explained that I had been on hold for 30 minutes and as soon as I got off the phone we would lose the appointment to someone else. No effort was made to help or offer a reasonable alternative - she just could not be bothered. The complete lack of empathy and common sense is shocking. What a diabolical clinic. She also lied, saying there were no same day appointments left - even though the website had a new banner appear stating "appointments available today". Her explanation was that those appointments had already been taken - this is somehow a miracle feat, given I called at 8am when the clinic opened and was on hold for 30 minutes, as the first person in the queue. The receptionist should find another line of work, because empathy and professionalism are not part of her skillset.

I did not go to this place . At 11 minutes past 2 on the 5th of January I received a message to say I had a appointment at 8 a.m the following day the 6th of January. I had no information for what it was for even after questioning the appointment I was not given a answer . Honestly to get to living care by car no problem by bus would take over a hour but because I wasn't given any information as to what I was attending for and the very short notice I had to decline the appointment. All I needed was a straight answer as to why I was supposed to attend for what treatment and I got nothing. I now have to make another appointment with my GP to rearrange another appointment but I will be making my opinion known by telling my GP I will not attend living care even if it means suffering for the rest of my life . If they can't give a simple answer to a simple question then I have no faith in them .

I was referred to this clinic for an endoscopy as an NHS patient. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. On my way to my appointment, I got a call to cancel, which was really frustrating since I had to taken time off work to attend. For my second appointment, When I got there, I was told that my appointment was actually for tomorrow and that I hadn't answered their call to confirm, even though I had received a call from the medical team two days prior confirming. After I shared my concerns with the reception team, they found a cancellation and offered me an appointment for the same day at a later time. When I arrived, they tried to force me to undergo a procedure I hadn't planned for because of their booking mistake. As a result, I couldn't have my procedure done again. This has been a total waste of my time. AVOID AVOID

First thank you so much for arranging my appointment so fast after a long time queuing. This appointment was previously on Royal London Hospital but last month I moved here from London so I need to reschedule every appointment. Therefore contact Gp & they refer me here and send an email instructing me need to contact by myself. So I called them once they told me I need to update your referral and which test needs to be done they will sort out and call me as I am a new patient. Two weeks later I contacted them and they identified which test I will need and I requested as I am facing lots of problems nowadays then she instantly asked me if I could be able to come this Saturday? I am happy and 'definitely' replied. Finally yesterday I went there & did an Audiology test guess what I got! they are extremely good people. Receptionist to Dr everyone was very cordial & cooperative. Every doctor all ears my problems and tries to find a proper solution. So I highly recommend this place for treatment as an NHS patient I got tremendous service from LIVING CARE LEEDS 😊.
