I came to Room97 just over a year ago after my usual hairdresser suddenly left the profession. It’s daunting finding a new stylist but Laura has been amazing from day one. She maintained my gorgeous copper colour but more impressively managed to take me back to blonde in only 2 visits whilst keeping my hair health a priority - I really can’t fault Laura’s work! Her relaxed approach suits me well, the salon itself is clean and professional, staff are super friendly and always a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend 🌟

My first time going to a salon in years and it was a lovely experience! MJ was fantastic, she had lots of great insights and advice and she made me feel very comfortable. I had a colour and cut, and the colour is gorgeous, and the cut is honestly the perfect length. Just what I needed, I’ll definitely be back. :-)

First time visit and I am thrilled with my restyle with Laura. Lovely setting - cinema chairs that recline for having your hair washed. Laura was superb. I'd lost my enthusiasm about my hair after my thyroid diagnosis and just left my hair to grow out. Laura was so kind and thoughtful - gave me lots of reassurance and was super respectful asking how much I would be willing to have chopped off - so to speak. The result is I feel like me again. I love my restyle and can't wait to come back to see what Laura does next!

Just started having Karen, the proprietor, cut my hair. Excellent. The place is really modern and they use quality products. Karen does an amazing cut but it's her blow waving skills that, sorry about the pun, blows me away. That good on my medium/long wavy hair, she really doesn't need straighteners. Haven't had a blow wave as good for many a year👍
