Sainsbury's Petrol Station

A larger than usual fuel forecourt. A good spot very close to the top end of the M1 motorway. Though the prices are not the cheapest for the Leeds area they are very cheap this close to the motorway. The forecourt is well designed with an exit lane between the pumps

Customer service poor. Due to a faulty pump screen I was unable to fuel and during this Sharon continued to shout across the forecourt that I was not doing the right thing. When I went in to make her aware that a pump was faulty she laughed in my face and said I was incapable. I explained being shouted at across the fore court is not pleasant and rudely replied.

Usually work fast and deliver good service gone down hill recently, waited two minutes for pump authorisation. I could see the staff having a chat while I was waiting at the pump for authorisation. When I questioned why I was ignored.

Decent prices on diesel ! Plenty of pumps so no waiting around

Only visited for fuel so not much to say. The fuel was 9p per litre cheaper than near home. Clean and tidy forecourt and shop with a decent choice of goods in the shop. Queuing to get on the forecourt can be an issue as it's quite small for the number of pumps and it blocks the acesss/exit road a bit.
