Boots Pharmacy

Well absolutely dreadful service on multiple occasions I have now left without the correct prescription or only half the items and what's more when the pharmacist was asked about it he still missed something off and had to be corrected by another member of staff boots isn't boots no more and the pharmacist should not be dispensing as he is incapable. boots have closed all there local pharmacies and moved everyone to this store and unfortunately the staff cant cope with this. i was assured by a member of staff when i first went there to give them time as they had teething troubles they still have them and it appears that if you tell them.there service is bad your being rude so they are not willing to accept responsibility for there misgivings i will no longer be using THIS PHARMACY AS THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND RUDE AND NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT THERE FAILURES SO THERE WILL NEVER BE ANY CHANGE And just an additional comment I was brought up that you go to boots for quality and service So I do that from now on I will go elsewhere for my prescriptions/eye tests and glasses/after shave or any perfumes my electric shaver and toothbrush all from boots i make a bee line to boots for anything I've need this will now change im not paying for bad service ill try my luck elsewhere

Excellent care from the pharmacist who was on site today. I had been to multiple pharmacies after calling 111. One of which tried to pressure me into paying for private service and two others that refused to see me (unclear why). I had to wait only 30 minutes to be seen. Got diagnosed and given antibiotics without problem. If you are struggling to see someone over a weekend I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!!

Ignore the pharmacy times, manager and staff stood by window at 8pm pretending they can't see us. Tried ringing the store, two staff behind pharmacy counter phone just ringing. Don't bother go to crossgates day and night

Very friendly and professional.i would definately use this store again!!

Opening times are wrong, whole store was shut up and no way to access the pharmacy. So I wasted time I could have used going to an open pharmacy coming here and now the other pharmacy will be closed.
