Best online pharmacy Í have used. Meds always packed with care, and delivered promptly. Unlike other pharmacies, you don't get a box of medication that comprises loads of offcuts. They are good at responding to queries, and actually read what you have written, rather than reading a snapshot and giving a generic response. The only issue I had was non availability of a medication - but that affected all pharmacies, so not their fault. I would highly recommend P2U.
The service doesn't even work, I can not order my prescription online, and when I phone my doctor's they say you can not order a repeat prescription over the phone? The doctor said yesterday they had put my order through but I have no pending order showing on my account, completely pointless. Judging by other recent reviews I think this company needs to be shut down.
EDIT: 28/01/2026 - after the unprofessional and inappropriate farce (see below), these guys wrote to my GP using their umbrella company (expert health), saying a clinician had decided they would not prescribe me mounjaro and I had consented to writing to my GP. I did no such thing. Not only is this a lie, it could potentially destabilise my treatment with other providers. This is a breach of GDPR as I did not consent to their umbrella company taking my data and sharing it. I will be reporting them to their regulators as well as the ICO and whoever else appropriate. Avoid this despicable company. Anyone on mounjaro be aware that this company expects you to parade yourself like a circus animal by humiliating yourself in front of a full body mirror, filming your face, body, ID and then your weight on a scale followed by your body and face again. They are very particular about the instructions and won’t allow you to proceed any other way. Imagine humiliating your clients like that. Disgraceful. When I complained there was no acknowledgment of the complaint. To add insult to injury they pre charge your card before giving you an answer so you have to wait to get your money back. Plenty of other companies are out there asking just for an initial photo and ID without humiliating the client.
The first thing I did was check whether the medication was available. It was — and according to their website, it still is. I went through all the ridiculous registration steps and tried to place an order. Didn’t work had to ring them and ring my gp Fine. Whatever. Two days later, I check the status and suddenly the order is “on pause” and I’m told to check my email. No email. Nothing. I call them. The first staff member has no idea what’s going on but promises someone will call me back that day. No call. Next day, I call again. The second staff member tells me it can take 24–48 hours for a response… which is already absurd considering they paused the order without telling me anything. And today, I finally get an email saying the medication is “not available” — even though their website still claims it is. Honestly, the whole process has been a complete waste of time.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. My order was supposed to arrive within 48 hours, but instead took over two weeks. Before placing the order, I explained clearly that I would be going away and needed the items before my trip. I even allowed five full days for delivery and was assured by customer service that it would arrive on time. It did not. The order eventually turned up while I was out of the country, and the courier left the parcel on my doorstep. Fortunately, I have a video doorbell and was able to arrange for someone to collect it before it went missing. I had to chase the order twice and at no point during this process was the inconvenience acknowledged. When I raised this with customer service afterwards, I was offered a full refund or replacement due to the delay and poor delivery experience. I accepted the refund. However, the company later reversed this and advised that I could only receive a refund if I returned the order, despite the fact that it was delivered late, was unsafe, and I had already made alternative arrangements because of their delay. This has resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth, more wasted time, and further frustration. The inconsistency in responses has been extremely disappointing, and I have been left feeling that the responsibility has continually been shifted onto me rather than the company taking ownership of their failings. Overall, this has been the worst service experience I have had. I regret ordering from this company and will not be using them again.
