I came in on Sunday to return some items of clothing and the member of staff Ellie was so polite and helpful, creating my experience so much more enjoyable. I hope to see her doing well in the future :)

I want to praise a member of staff I saw today. A customer was extremely rude, but she stayed calm, polite, and handled everything perfectly. I have worked in retail myself and would never have had the patience she showed. A real credit to the team!

We'll organised shop with friendly staffers on both Christmas Eve and Boxing day. That's no small feat, as anyone who's worked in retail knows. I hope they've got paid holiday and overtime - they deserve it.

The staff at Springs are naturally pleasant, very friendly and helpful. There was a wide choice of stock on display, we purchased 3 items on this occasion and will definitely be back in the future.

Friendly staff and a good range of clothes. There's always some good lines on sale here. Parking is free but time limited.
