Bloke who owns it/works there is the most ignorant rude man I’ve ever encountered. Just been to post a yodel parcel and he chucked both the address label for me to stick on myself and receipt at me then turned his back on me. I was just stood there with no idea what to do next before the lady told me to put it in a bag at the side of the till. Absolutely pig ignorant man, go elsewhere.

They just love to shortchange you at this shop. It's a very frustrating experience and they have a few different cashiers and they're all a bit standoffish and rude at times. Depends on what mood you find them in. I've reached my limit with this shop and will take the extra time to go to a different one from now on.

Mixed experiences here. Handy as it's just across the road but the majority of the time I'll happily go elsewhere. Has a variety of things at sort of reasonable pricing but the owner is so miserable. Hardly talks, always looks unwelcoming. Card payment minimum spend seems to change from person to person £5 minimum spend on my visit but then £3 minimum spend for others...id say take the extra time and go somewhere else

The shop is unable to and unwilling to return parcels even though they come up as an option on collect+ the staff are also very rude. I’d use any other shop in the area rather then this one.
